Recruitment

• On the job training will be provided for as long as required and all lesson plans are supplied for each Key Stage.
• Regular reviews will be conducted to ensure all parties are satisfied with progress. 
• Additional support can be provided as and when required.

 Applicants will be notified via email if they have been selected for interview.
The interview stage will consist of two stages:   

1. Telephone interview.  
2. Face to face interview at the school, followed by a lesson observation.

• Minimum of a level 2 coaching qualification or a Certificate of Higher Education (required)
• First Aid (preferred)

• Teaching EYFS, KS1 and KS2 (preferred)
• Professional/personal references (required)

• Permission to work in the UK (required)
• Current Disclosure Barring Service certificate (required)
